Antefact is officially live today!
Antefact is officially live today — a Belgium-based online antique shop specializing in carefully curated small antiques and collectible objects.
We focus on late 17th to early 18th century Delftware, Chinese porcelain from the late Ming to early Qing period, and other rare antique and decorative art pieces. Each item is selected for its craftsmanship, patina, and historical significance.
The collection reflects a personal curation approach rooted in European and Asian antique traditions. We also strive to give a selection of the most wonderful yet damaged antique objects a second life through honest restoration and functional recontextualisation. This includes traditional kintsugi repair, as well as creative transformations into functional art pieces such as handcrafted lamps, often combined with woodturning and artisanal detailing.
By combining antique restoration, kintsugi philosophy, and functional design, Antefact bridges the gap between historical objects and contemporary interior design.
Please note that the website is still under development. Layout improvements, additional photography, and SEO optimizations are currently in progress as the collection continues to grow.
Thank you for visiting Antefact at this early stage — we look forward to sharing new antique pieces and restored objects on a regular basis.
